At Guzzi Archive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
